I’ve decided that I need a policies page. This is for no reason in particular, just that there are some web related things that I think about a lot, and I felt they should be here as they relate to all of my posts. So, here goes!

I don’t moderate my comments, but I do have a spam filter. I reserve the right to remove any comment that is offensive, though I don’t expect to see any of those here. Offensive means using foul language, personal attacks, or any sort of hate speech. I do not require a name and email, but it would be nice if you left a name of some sort. And if you leave an email, I think I’ve got it set up right now to send you an email if I or anyone else responds to your comment.

Here’s the skinny of it. Much of my work is inspired by existing works, particularly in the world of geekdom. I have chosen to share these projects and instructions (including cut files I make) with you in many cases. I attribute the inspirations whenever necessary. I recognize that there is potential murkiness with copyright. Should it be necessary, I will remove files at the request of those who feel their copyright has been violated (within reason). Please email me if you feel that I am posting something you feel violated your copyright.
